User ratings

We are very attentive to the opinions of our customers because we believe that they can make us improve and grow. When we receive an order, we ship it and follow it until delivery. After a few days from delivery we send by email a satisfaction questionnaire to know opinions, criticisms and impressions. The evaluations we receive are all collected in a database and this page is a summary of all the evaluations expressed here in anonymous form.
